1. The product needs to be connected to a wireless gateway to function properly. If the customer already has a similar gateway, there is no need to purchase one.
2. Install the product in the desired location with the sensor probe vertically inserted into the soil.
3. Ensure that the probe is in full touch with the soil and compacted to ensure accurate data.
4. The soil temperature and humidity meter is only suitable for testing soil and dirt and not suitable for dry flour, small stones, organic wood chips, liquid particles, etc.
5. When inserting the meter into the soil, try to insert the probe entirely into the soil.
6. The depth and compactness of the probe in the soil will directly affect the measurement values, leading to inaccuracies. To improve the accuracy of the test results, use the method of multi point testing to obtain an average value.
7. Be careful not to touch rocks during testing, and avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage to the probe.
8. When the meter is not in use, avoid rubbing or scratching the probe surface by hand, keep it clean and dry, and keep it away from magnetic objects and other metal objects.
