Shower Niche - Arch 450 x 350 x 90mm Prefabricated Wall Bathroom Renovation V63-835801

Create a cleaner shower niche for bottles, soaps and bath accessories without adding surface-mounted shelving. The arched profile adds a softer architectural detail, while the tile-ready surface can be finished to suit the rest of the bathroom design.

Use this prefabricated shower niche in showers, wet rooms or bath surrounds where recessed storage keeps everyday items neatly within reach. The lightweight core helps with positioning, and the reinforced surface gives installers a ready base for tiles, render, decorative plaster or synthetic render.

A refined storage detail for bathrooms where every finish matters.

Key Features

• Arched Bathroom Niche Design
Designed with a curved top profile, this niche creates a softer feature than a standard rectangular insert. It suits bathrooms where storage and design detail both matter.
• Tile-Ready Surface Finish
Built with a prepared surface for tile adhesive, decorative plaster, synthetic render and compatible wall finishes. This helps streamline preparation for tiled shower and bathroom walls.
• Waterproof-Coated Shower Insert
Features a waterproof coating for moisture-prone areas such as showers, wet rooms and bath surrounds. Correct installation and sealing should follow relevant waterproofing requirements.
• Prefabricated Wall Niche Format
The pre-formed body removes the need to build a recessed niche from scratch. It is suited to renovation projects where a consistent insert size and ready-made structure are preferred.
• High-Density Polystyrene Core
Built with a lightweight polystyrene core that is easy to carry, position and manoeuvre on site. The material can also be cut with a fine saw or sharp Stanley knife if fitting adjustments are needed.
• Fibreglass Mesh Reinforcement
Reinforced on both sides with fibreglass mesh and finished with polymerised cementitious mortar. This provides a stable substrate for compatible render, plaster or tiled finishes.
• 300kPa Compressive Strength Rating
The niche has a compressive strength rating of 300kPa. This supports suitable wall applications when the product is installed correctly.
• Fixing Accessories Included
Supplied with one pack of screws and stainless steel washers for installation. Check the installation surface and project requirements before fixing and tiling.
