Delivery Timeframe
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, and the delivery timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:
- For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;
- For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.
Note: We don't use postage calculator but we offer a flat rate postage.
Free shipping is for the capital cities CBD area only (10 kilometers form the CBD) excluding Perth, Darwin, Hobart and ACT. If your post code is not in CBD area, you can still place the order but our support team will contact you for the delivery cost. You can then decide to pay for the postage or cancel the order. You can contact us for NT, WA regional and remote/outback/rural areas for the postage quote. Postage to New Zealand is not included.
