This all indicates that it is a complete bed. We got a cover with no high density foam. ZNTS also does not allow exchanges / returns, once you have it you cant send it back which is bizarre - so beware! The packaging referred to was a generic clear cheap parcel bag with no branding. ZNTS advised that they might be able to resell the item second hand for half price. What type of returns policy is that? The stitching is also very poor and threads are coming undone.
It is clearly mentioned in the title of the product that it is a Cover and not the full bed. We asked customer to pack it back in the packaging and send us a picture but never received any response. Customer tried to make a false claim.
