The OPT-X SDX Small Wall-Mount Fibre Optic Enclosure provides a compact and efficient solution for managing fibre connections. It allows for seamless inter-connect or cross-connect capabilities between backbone cabling and active equipment while occupying minimal wall space. Its intelligent design facilitates easy field termination of fibre connectors, splicing, or the deployment of pre-terminated plug-and-play solutions, making it incredibly versatile for network technicians.

Primarily designed for controlled indoor applications, this enclosure is the perfect fit for entrance facilities, equipment rooms, and telecommunications rooms. The unit features dual doors with slam latches, offering segregated and convenient access for both service providers and customers. Constructed from robust 16-gauge steel, it ensures enhanced durability and protection for sensitive fibre optic components within.

Flexibility is at the core of the OPT-X SDX enclosure. It is engineered to accept a wide range of SDX Adapter Plates, Splice Modules, MTP Cassettes, and Splice Trays, allowing for highly customised network configurations. Removable cable entry grommets are included to protect incoming cables, minimise dust buildup, and simplify the installation of pre-terminated fibre trunks. For added safety, a ground lug is also provided for grounding armoured cables.
