How do I unlock the door using the Laser Smart Home app
Once installed, pair the deadbolt with the Laser Smart Home app on your Android or iOS device. You can then unlock the door remotely, assign temporary access codes, or view entry logs directly through the app.
What happens if the batteries run out
The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries which typically last 612 months. If they run flat, connect a USB-C power bank to the emergency power port to unlock and replace the batteries safely.
Can the lock be installed on standard Australian doors
Yes. The Laser Smart Deadbolt is designed to fit standard Australian doors and comes with a full drilling template and mounting hardware for DIY installation.
Is it safe for outdoor use
Yes. The lock is built with a weather-resistant casing and operates reliably between -25C and 60C, making it suitable for external doors under typical Australian conditions.
