Press the warm scoop into the surface; it will glide through easily, even if the ice cream is rock hard. Roll the scoop to form a ball. Squeeze the trigger or lever to release the scoop into a bowl. The warmed metal prevents ice cream from sticking, giving you perfect round scoops. This tool is ideal for parties, ice cream socials, or just everyday dessert. After use, unplug and let it cool.
