We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:

For customers in Victoria: approximately 7-10 business days.

For customers in New South Wales, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and Queensland: approximately 9-12 business days.

For customers in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania: approximately 9-12 business days.
Note: We don't use postage calculator but we offer a flat rate postage.
Free shipping is for the capital cities CBD area only (10 kilometers form the CBD) excluding Perth, Darwin, Hobart and ACT. If your post code is not in CBD area, you can still place the order but our support team will contact you for the delivery cost which could be between $20 to $25 maximum for post codes near a capital city, $25 to $45 maximum for TAS and WA metro. Bulky items will attract extra cost. You can then decide to pay for the postage or cancel the order. You can contact us for NT, WA regional and remote/outback/rural areas for the postage quote. Postage to New Zealand is not included.
