Equipmed Folding Transit Wheelchair, Lightweight Aluminium for Easy Transport, Grey V219-HELWLCEQG41A

The Equimed Transitline Lite is a premium folding transport wheelchair with innovative features that make it the smart choice for outings and travel.

PREMIUM ALUMINIUM FRAME

This transit wheelchair is crafted from a robust and rustproof powder-coated aluminium frame that folds easily in seconds, and weighs in at just 11kg! With a thickened frame design dual cross bar supports this model has the ability to accommodate riders up to 100kg.

CLASS-LEADING WHEELS

The puncture-proof tyres never require air refills, and the large 16 inch rear wheels are larger than most transit wheelchairs and glide much more smoothly over various surfaces.

DESIGNED FOR COMFORTABLE OUTINGS

This model offers soft padded armrests and calf leg supports. You can also tailor the seat to the ideal height with a choice of four positions, as well as adjust the footrests. A backrest pouch offers a convenient storage option for reading material.

SAFETY FIRST

Swing up footrests ensure the safest access on and off the wheel chair. The attendant will appreciate the ergonomic handles and the dual action brakes that not only allow for safe and easy regulating of speed when descending hills, but can also park the wheelchair - ideal for situations like waiting on train platforms. An adjustable seat belt offers additional peace of mind.
