Box and Pan Brake, 305 mm Sheet Metal Bending Brake, 20-Gauge Mild Steel Capacity, 0-135 Degree V952-FDSWQZDQFDSWK6NDU001V0
12-Inch Bending Capacity
This compact sheet metal brake bends metal sheets up to 12 in wide at angles from 0° to 135°, making it ideal for small-scale DIY jobs and workshop use.
Versatile Material Compatibility
Our box and pan brake supports a variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. It can efficiently bend 20-gauge (1.0 mm) mild steel sheets.
Segmented finger Design
The sheet metal bender comes with five segmented fingers (1", 2", 2", 3", 4") that can be arranged freely for flexible bending. Great for forming side panels, flanges, and box structures for electrical cabinets, housings, and ductwork.
Secures Firmly in Place
The metal bending machine features pre-drilled mounting holes at the base that allows you to anchor the brake to your workbench or floor using screws. Prevents shifting during use for more accurate, hands-free bending.
Easy Operation
It is easy to operate the aluminum brake bender. Simply lift the clamping handle, place the sheet metal, and lower the handle to secure it. Then, slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Angle adjustments are manual, and keep in mind that all metal bending will experience springback (e.g., for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).
