Unlike wall balls, our medicine balls don't conform to a 35cm consistent diameter. The ball size increases with weight, so users with smaller grips might find lighter, smaller balls to their liking. Our medicine balls are evenly weighted across the whole ball. This guarantees that throwing and catching is always easy and safe.
